The “open air” common area of the hotel was exquisite and very inviting. The restaurant was excellent and the bar was a great place to hang out and socialize. The outdoor area includes a beautiful pool and perfectly maintained grounds and beach area… The spa space was spectacular and the spa staff was wonderful… There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy activities on and off the property.”

My experience at Prana Maya was incredible in every way but one of the most impactful moments that resonated with me throughout my entire stay was the amazing greeting I received from the staff when I arrived with my family! It had been a long day of traveling on three different flights, delays and more and we were all just tired and ready to get to the resort. But when we boated through the lagoon and saw an impressive group of Prana Maya team members there to welcome and greet us with a smile and a special cocktail, I knew our stay would be fantastic! They all knew our names, and the greeting was incredibly genuine and one I will never forget! “Prana Maya-perfection near Placencia! We stayed here for 8 nights celebrating our 30th anniversary. It was our first time in Belize so we were not sure what to expect but Prana Maya was the perfect home for us while we explored part of the beautiful country of Belize. I am not easily impressed but everything about this place was just better than the next. Our driver and deckhand were waiting for us when we stepped off the plane in Placencia and from that moment we were treated like family. Everyone went above and beyond to know us and make sure we had everything we could need or want. The welcome wave from the boat ride in, the absolutely stunning architecture and furnishings, the luxury bedding, the fabulous spa and bath products... not to mention some of the most delicious (healthy) food I have ever eaten... everything was perfect! The staff made sure we got back and forth safely and quickly when we went exploring, even arranged a very last minute drive to a nearby restaurant. We enjoyed all the water activities, the wellness offerings, and many amazing sunsets. And the views we experienced every day from all angles of this beautiful property...I will never forget the absolute tranquility. Thank you to everyone at Prana Maya, we were truly cared for there and so glad we chose to spend our whole time in Belize with you! I so hope to return very soon!"

Exclusive resort with tremendous staff and 5-star facilities with service equal or better than any in the world. Friendly, quiet, really allowed us to step out of the world of work and school, completely recharged in peace.
