Executive Chef Liesel Kirste

With more than 25 years of experience, Executive Chef Liesel Kirste has been the passionate owner and operator of renowned restaurants and inns, most recently in Dulce, Guatemala. She has taught at Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa and led culinary workshops in collaboration with various communities. Chef Liesel is dedicated to crafting extraordinary dishes that blend Mayan culture with fresh ingredients from Prana Maya’s farm and the shores of Placencia Caye. Guided by her expertise, the resort’s culinary program excels in the creation of memorable, soul-nourishing menus.
