Belize is home to a large Mennonite community that grows and harvests much of the produce served at Prana Maya; farm to table in its purest form.

From the Land THE GREENHOUSE

Prana Maya’s own five-acre garden, citrus orchard, and greenhouse in the valley and jungle area of Belize is tended to by the culinary team, allowing us to cultivate the freshest specialty ingredients for use in the restaurants, bar, and spa.
